Walter Hoye

Walter B. Hoye II is founder and president
of the Issues4life Foundation. As author of
the book Leadership from the INSIDE Out he
is in demand as a speaker and consultant.
God used the premature birth of his son at
six months gestation and just 2.1 pounds to
teach him that the “fetus” is a person—a
living, breathing human being. Hoye played
football at Michigan State, graduating with
a master's degree in sociology in 1980 and
later earning a master’s in business
administration from Alliant. Hoye was
awarded The Family Research Council’s 2009
John Wise Award. Hoye was unjustly jailed
for his peaceful defense of the unborn on a
sidewalk outside an abortion clinic in
Oakland, California. He has served as an
incredible leader for the cause of the
unborn despite personal sacrifice.
Currently, he is executive elder of the
Progressive Missionary Baptist Church of
Berkeley. TOP

Wendy Warburton is a first-term Republican
Representative in the Montana legislature,
representing northern Hill and Blaine

of Holden Skryja, who was born nearly four
months premature and weighing less than one
pound. Now a healthy 3-year-old, Holden has
the same personality traits he displayed in
the incubator. He was clearly a person
before he was supposed to be born, and he
was born at a stage when some babies are
aborted. Aunt Wendy is passionately
pro-life. TOP

Senator Dan McGee

A highly respected veteran Montana Senator,
Dan McGee has led efforts to pass
significant pro-life legislation in the
Montana legislature. In 2009 he introduced
Senate Bill 406, a bill to recognize the
personhood of unborn babies in the Montana
Constitution. Although it received majority
votes in both the Montana House and Senate—a
landmark in the personhood movement—passage
of a Constitutional measure requires a super
majority in Montana. Senator McGee continues
the fight as a key leader in the Montana
ProLife Coalition’s effort to bring
personhood to the people through the ballot
initiative process.
