TRUTH: For miscarriages to be investigated, laws to bring this about would have to be enacted. Miscarriages were not investigated prior to abortion rights being accepted as the law of the land. Therefore, it is highly unlikely that CI-100 would lead to laws that allow investigations of miscarriages, stillbirths, tubal pregnancies, etc.
